ABOUT HISARONU
Once a sleepy village, Hisaronu, nestled inland and perched on a mountain plateau, has grown rapidly since the 1990s, when protection orders were placed on the nearby bay of Olu Deniz. It is now a lively and thriving summer resort. Despite its rapid development to accommodate the increasing demand for hotels and nightlife near to the famous lagoon, Hisaronu still retains a traditional Turkish feel and you’ll experience plenty of old-school Turkish charm and hospitality. The famous beach and lagoon at Olu Deniz are just a 4 kilometre dolmus ride away.

ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION
The Hotel Era dedicates itself exclusively to the service of the solo, independent holidaymaker and we are delighted to offer you the opportunity to join in the fun this summer.
The hotel proprietors, Ergun and Raziye, will offer you a warm welcome to their homely and charming hotel. They will act as your hosts throughout, always being on hand whenever you need them, and serve as your Tour Leaders for the duration of your stay. Selling exclusively to the UK market, Ergun and Raziye have invited Solos to be the only tour operator to feature the Era.
The hotel is situated in a quiet area of Ovacik, but is just a 10-minute walk from the centre of lively Hisaronu, with lots of bars and restaurants to try and shops to explore. If you have an eye for a bargain it also hosts a weekly market. Just a short stroll from the hotel is a bus stop which will take you down to the beach and the nearby harbour town of Fethiye if you fancy a visit.
Facilities at the Era include an inviting swimming pool, surrounded by a terrace with enough sun-beds for everyone, a shaded bar and an al-fresco dining area.
The comfortable rooms feature air-conditioning (at extra charge, payable locally), satellite TV, hairdryer . The ensuite double rooms have a terrace on the ground floor or – at an additional cost – a small balcony if you opt for a room on the first or second floor.
There is plenty to do should you wish, and excursions include boat cruises, guided walks, relaxing Turkish Baths and trips to see the loggerhead turtles on the Dalyan River.
ABOUT THE PACKAGE
The All-Inclusive package includes a buffet breakfast, while lunch is a plated salad or sandwiches. Dinner is served from a set menu or buffet on five evenings each week, offering you the flexibility to try out the local restaurants (at your own expense).
It also includes unlimited local spirits (vodka, gin, raki), wine, bottled Tuborg beer, soft drinks and bottled water, all served by the glass and available between 10am and 10pm every day. Ice creams are served between 11am and 4pm, followed by afternoon tea.
WALKING NOTES
The hotel sits at the top of a hillside and is therefore not ideal for people with walking difficulties.
